Welcome to the Troubled Projects Survey

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All responses are completely anonymous and our final written report will be based on aggregated responses.  Of course, you may choose to discontinue the survey at any time and are under no obligation to answer a particular question if it makes you uncomfortable.

An executive summary of the results will be posted on PMI.org.  As an added incentive for you to participate, we will select two respondents at random to receive portable DVD players or their cash equivalent. As the survey is completely anonymous, in order to enter the prize lottery, you will need to email us your name and contact information at PMsurvey@unc.edu.
